Moniker.Com Expands Domain Name Offering with .mobi; Allows Customers to Secure New Top-Level Domain |

Moniker.com, the first and only provider of Domain Asset Management™, today announced the launch of the .mobi "Land Rush" with thousands of successful reservations for its clients. The company also announced that it will add .mobi to its suite of domain name product offerings.
This new domain, which is being sponsored and supported by some of the largest mobile and Internet providers worldwide such as Ericsson, Google, GSM Association, Hutchison, Microsoft, Nokia, Orascom Telecom, Samsung Electronics, Syniverse, T-Mobile, Telefónica Móviles, TIM and Vodafone , is designed to establish a common format that is more easily viewable for people who wish to surf the Web with cell phones and other handheld internet devices.
