NeboWeb Acquires Search Engine Optimization Company 3tailer |

NeboWeb, an Atlanta-based interactive marketing agency, recently announced its acquisition of Charlotte-based search engine optimization firm 3tailer.
The acquisition details were not fully released, but the deal includes a sizable ownership percentage of 3tailer, LLC going to Brian Easter, CEO of NeboWeb and an equal percentage going to Adam Harrell, President and COO of NeboWeb. Jon West and Chad Ledford will continue to maintain ownership in 3tailer as well as becoming the Co-Directors of NeboWeb’s Search Engine Optimization product line.
“By acquiring 3tailer we strengthened our search engine optimization services significantly, which are already quite impressive,” remarks Easter. “3tailer brings a fresh perspective and a unique energy that will help our clients continue to experience remarkable success.”
Chad Ledford and Jon West co-founded 3tailer in 2005 offering competitive Internet consulting services to North Carolina businesses specifically focused on the Charlotte market. By offering results-driven SEO services they were able to establish brand equity very quickly in the search marketing industry.

NeboWeb currently offers a variety of Web presence solutions including interactive marketing strategy, website design and development, search engine optimization, pay per click advertising, interactive ad creation, online public relations and more. 3tailer will strengthen NeboWeb’s search engine optimization services through their experience in search engine marketing and their passion for excellence. “The first thing we did when we were introduced to NeboWeb was go head to head with their team testing each other’s SEO knowledge,” comments West. “We knew right away that we could really push each other to grow from that first introduction and that’s one of the many things that makes this opportunity very exciting.”
3tailer will be integrated into NeboWeb’s Charlotte office. NeboWeb Charlotte is currently the SEO delivery hub for the firm and is used as a vehicle to aggressively target the growing North Carolina business community. “Charlotte is one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the southeast,” remarks Harrell. “Strengthening our presence here allows us to bring major market interactive talent to a fast growing region.”
