Open Minded Solutions Buys Helmstore |

Web hosting and design firm Open Minded Solutions Limited (openmindedsolutions.co.uk) announced this week that it had acquired Helmstore.com (helmstore.com). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Helmstore.com, launched a year ago, is an online store that sells licenses for the Helm Web hosting automation solution and other hosting software. It also provides support options for Helm.
Open Minded Solutions says it plans to increase the produce range of Helmstore and will roll out dedicated hosting to support the newly merged brands.
