Telecommunications provider Qwest Communications ( qwest.com) announced on Thursday it has signed a multi-year agreement with homecare and medical staffing software solutions provider, CareKeeper Software. CareKeeper will deploy Qwest's call-center solution, known as Qwest Web Contact Center and managed hosting solutions.
Qwest says its data center solutions will provide CareKeeper with a reliable, scalable and cost-effective platform for VividNet, CareKeeper's telephony and Web-based software. VividNet is an operations management and clinical solution for homecare and medical staffing companies seeking to deploy their software via the Internet.
According to Qwest, CareKeeper can now more effectively implement and support its customers than with previous client-server systems.
"Qwest is helping make our business a success by working closely with us to understand our needs and develop solutions specific to our clients' requirements," says Jake Levy, CEO of CareKeeper Software. "We have a dedicated team of professionals who have proven their commitment to service time and time again."
