Smart Solutions Picks UniPress Hosting PDF Print E-mail
Saturday, 07 May 2005
Automation software developer UniPress Software (unipress.com) announced this week that IT service and support provider Smart Solutions (smartsolutionsonline.com) had deployed an on-demand contact center powered by its Footprints Hosting service, a managed solution that automates and tracks customer service operations. FootPrints Telephony, a hosted contact center service for linked voice call routing, also supports the contact center.

UniPress says with the Footprints service, Smart Solutions can provide a turnkey support automation system to deliver 24-hour support to more than 200 customers including school districts, law firms and other organizations.
"As an organization, we were faced with the challenge of providing effective customer support in a number of demanding environments, in which time is of the utmost importance," says Rajiv Mukerji, principal consultant at Smart Solutions. "We needed a Web-based system that was easy-to-use and easy to set-up so that we could provide the best support to our customers when they need it the most. The FootPrints Hosting Service not only does this, but it does everything we need it to do to properly run a help desk."

According to UniPress, Smart Solutions made its choice because of the integrated solution's scalability and the fact that the company would not need to purchase or maintain any IT infrastructure.
