Internet solution provider Website Pros (websitepros.com) announced on Tuesday that it had acquired LEADS.com and eBoz, both developers of Internet marketing products that cater to the small to medium-sized business market.

LEADS.com provides local SMBs with customer leads, offering its service via subscription-based packages that include local pay-per-click advertising, and online yellow pages and search functions. Taking a slightly different approach, Eboz offers a varitey of integrated online marketing services grouped into user-friendly ASP platforms, enabling users to promote, market and profit from their e-commerce Web sites.

Based in Jacksonville, Florida, Website Pros is a privately held company, and is funded by Insight Venture Partners, Norwest Venture Partners and Crosspoint Venture Partners.
